Words like:
Fuck, sex, blow jobs, oral, masturbation, abortion, death, therapy, suicide, eating disorders, fear, bravery, memoir, fiction, poetry...
These are all words I've heard this week. Some are taboo, but there has been at least one person brave enough to say them, explore them.
